    Partner Rowing Murph
    For time:
    Row, 1 mile (1,600m)
    100 Pull-ups
    200 Push-ups
    300 Air Squats
    Row, 1 mile (1,600m)
    *Split work as needed. Both rows must be continuous, but middle reps can be broken up into sets and rounds and split between athletes*
