Fri 7/11/14:
Slept well last night, got a solid 8 hours of sleep and felt good this morning. I feel surprisingly good after all the strength work yesterday, which is encouraging.

There’s not a whole lot to report on the workouts below. I started to really find a groove on how to do the DB snatches and where to change hands, which was good. I’m much more confident stringing those together now. The 3rd AMRAP with the row, thrusters & pull-ups really kicked my ass during the first go around. My heart rate went through the roof and I was having a really hard time breathing. I think it must’ve just been the unbroken reps that put me over the top. I slowed myself down the second time we came to that piece and I actually did better, which was good, I think I managed the work better. All videos are below.
