Woke up feeling good after a solid 8 hours of sleep. Nothing really to report on Friday.

There’s not a lot to report about any of the AMRAPs below. They were all pretty smooth, I never really ran into a limiting factor, just tried to keep the intensity up in each one. I went unbroken on all the TTB, box jumps and strict HSPUs without any real trouble.
