I’m playing catch up here because I’ve been slacking on posting my workouts, so I don’t really remember the sleep or anything day specific. I’ll be more diligent this week.

A. HB Back Squat – 5 x 5; rest 2min (heavy across)
The short rest caught up to me, but this went pretty well. I hit 315-335-335-335(4)-315. Videos below:

B. Power Snatch – 5 x 3.3.3 TnG reps @ 155#; rest 30sec b/t clusters + 3min b/t sets
These were somewhat difficult, especially the 3rd set of 3 each round. Videos below:

This was extremely difficult, but I liked it, it really pushed the mental limit and holding on was the hardest part here. Reps completed were 20-11-8-10-10-11-8-9-9-12 for a total of 108 reps. Video below:
