DWM Fri 8/29/14

Fri 8/29/14:
Slept a solid 9 hours last night, felt a little sore and fatigued this morning, but not terrible.

The ICE was pretty good today, intensity wasn’t quite there, legs were feeling it from yesterday and at 85% effort it’s kinda hard to “get after it”, but the concentration and effort were good.

These went pretty good, the 3rd one slipped and I realized it was because I wasn’t breathing well, so I focused really hard on my breathing for the last 2 rounds and improved my times. Like I said earlier, my legs were pretty fatigued. Times below:
