Mon 3/18/15:
Felt good in the morning and was pumped up to get after 15.3 again. I definitely had some fatigue in my shoulders and quads from the first attempt, but nothing major.

Open WOD 15.3
14-minute AMRAP:
7 muscle-ups
50 wall balls
100 double-unders
I went after this attempt with a different strategy. I decided to do small sets of wall balls, 10 or less, and then as big of sets of double unders as possible. First round was 7 UB MUs, 5×10 on the WBs, then DUs in a couple quick sets. Second round was 7 UB MUs, 10×5 on the WBs, then DUs in a couple quick sets. Third round was 4/3 UB MUs, 3×5 then 5×7 on the WBs (I knew I needed to speed it up, so I went to 7s instead of 5s), then 3 sets of DUs to make it in time. Video is below for you to check out.
