Mon 8/25/14:
Slept only 6 hours last night, but I slept 9 hours on Saturday night and took a 2 hour nap on Sunday as well. I felt good on Monday morning after the weekend.

The workout was good today. I went hard on each piece and thought my results were really good.

A. TnG Hng Power Clean – 8min to build to tough triple (not 3RM); rest as needed
These were awesome, I was amazed at my ability. I worked up going 185-205-225-235-245. I never missed, but didn’t push past 245 because you said NOT 3RM. Videos are below:

B. TnG Hng Power Clean – 3 x 3.3.3 @ 80% of “A”; rest 30sec + 3min
Completed at 195 lbs. No real struggle here. Videos below:

C. 3″ Deficit Deadlift – 5,5,5,3,3; rest 3min (heavy across)
