DWM Sat 11/29/14

Sat 11/29/14:
Slept well last night, close to 9 hours. Quads & calves were pretty tight and sore when I woke up.

I was feeling Friday’s sessions in my legs pretty bad and I think the soreness & tightness distracted me a little. Not a bad session, but could’ve been better.

A. Wtd. Vest Strict HSPU – 6 x AMRAP UB; rest 90sec
These were very well. I can’t remember my scores from last time we did these, but I thought I did pretty damn well this time. My scores were 16-10-8-7-6-6. Videos are below:

This was much harder than I thought. The snatches felt much heavier than they should’ve even as I was warming up and they just got heavier and heavier each round. I could really feel the fatigue in my legs from Friday. Time was 7:46, which I know is not impressive at all. Video is below:
