Sat 6/14/14:
Slept well last night, a solid 9 hours. Wrist is still bugging me, not noticeably better today than yesterday. I’m going to see the chiro tomorrow, maybe she can work on it more and get some improvement out of it. Body feels good otherwise.

A. Banded Clean Pull – 5-6 x 2 TnG reps; rest 3min (100% clean 1RM + mod bands, move with intent!)
These were good, I did them at 275 lbs. I lost the handle on the 2nd rep of the 3rd set, hands just slipped off, it was actually kinda funny, you’ll like the video. Videos below:

This went well, I was surprised at how much of a lung burner this was, but I went pretty hard.
