Swim – 45min @ EN1-3 intensity
**finish w/ 500yd/m swim time-trial
**film 50yds
Swam a handful of laps to warm up, then swam another 20 laps just working on a few different strokes and breathing, then swam the time trial.

Swam the time trial in 10:20, with mostly freestyle, but 1 lap of backstroke and a little side stroke as needed to keep moving, but get some more air.
