Thurs 6/19/14:
Woke up feeling good, wrist hasn’t made much progress, but it isn’t any worse.

A. DB 2arm Neutral Grip Split Jerk – in 6-8 sets, build to tough TnG triple; rest as needed
These were good, I need to get some heavier DBs so I can go heavier in the future. I did sets of 45, 50, 55, 65 & then 2 sets of 5 reps at 65 lbs. They started to get more difficult as I went along, but I never really struggled. Videos below:

B. HB Back Squat – 3,3,2,2,1,1; rest as needed (build to heavy)
These were good, but I think I mentally missed at 375 on both sets of 1. I don’t really know why, but I just gave up early. I will make it next time. I did sets at 315, 335, 355, 365 & 2 misses at 375. Videos below:

C. DB 2arm Shoulder Press – 6 x 3; rest 2min (heavy across)
These went well, I was really happy that I was able to press the 65s for 4 sets of 3. Videos below:

D. DB 2arm Bench Press – 5 x 5; rest 90sec (build)
I didn’t think the 65 lb DBs would be enough for the bench, so I decided to do close grip bench press instead. I did 1 set at 185 lbs, 1 set at 195 lbs & 3 sets at 205 lbs. I missed the 5th rep of the 3rd set at 205. Videos below:
