DWM Tues 11/11/14

Tues 11/11/14:
Slept a solid 9.5 hours last night. Quads & triceps are pretty sore from the thrusters & MUs.

A. Snatch Tech – 15min (not above 70%)
This went well, nothing major happened, I only worked up to 135 lbs, just trying to keep that bar as close as possible after I find my hip. If I remember to pull my elbows & shrug backward the bar path is much better. Here’s a couple at 135:

20 Arch Body Rocks
*record split time for 20 swings + 20 HSPU each round
Oh man, this was LONG, but doable. Times were 1:44, 2:11, 2:07 & 2:13. Strict HSPUs were obviously more and more difficult as I went along, but I think they still went well. Arch Body Rocks are always hard for me, but I powered through in 2 sets of 10 each round. Videos below:
