DWM Tues 1/21/14

Tues 1/21/14:
Slept well last night, but only 6 hours. Body felt good this morning, but started to get tired midday and I think this may be a result of short sleep the last 2 nights. My legs also felt kind of heavy during the WOD today, not quite sure what the reason was, but it was I ran a little slower than usual.

6 Clean & Jerk @ 195#
12 Burpees
Rest 3min b/t sets

Round 3 – 16:01 (3:16)
Round 4 – 22:21 (3:20)

The first 2 rounds of the clean & jerks weren’t difficult, but I got into the swing of things during round 3. I wasn’t giving it enough during the 2nd pull during the first two rounds, but I made the adjustment and the last 2 rounds were much better.

This went really well minus the run being 5 seconds or so slower than I would like at 85%. My legs weren’t weak during the squats, so that was good. Toes to bar were really easy and my grip was sturdy.
