DWM Tues 2/3/15

Tues 2/3/15:
Got a nice 2 hour nap yesterday and then 9 hours sleep last night. Quads are still sore from 14.2 + all the work since then. The rest of me feels good.

I tried to stay in the moment during each interval. This helped me try to push the pace for max intensity and also concentrate. Good little session here.

Every 90sec for 10sets
5 STOH @ 135#
20 Double-unders
Didn’t really run into any trouble with any of the movements. Worked on efficiency on the burpee box jumps, toes to bar & shoulder to overhead. Then I tried to focus on speed during the double unders. This all went well, my DUs are getting better and better and my T2B have never been better. Videos of all 3 sections below.
