DWM Tues 6/24/14

Tues 6/24/14:
Woke up feeling pretty sore in the legs today, but not nearly as drained physically as I felt yesterday. I slept 7 hours last night and was looking forward to getting moving again today.

No problems here. Rowing was steady and muscle-ups weren’t too difficult until round 4, but I still could’ve done 8-10 that round if I pushed it. Videos below:

No problems here. Rowing became a little harder, but still pretty easy. No real problem with the CTB either, just had to hang on and keep moving. Videos below:

Started having a little trouble pulling past 10 reps, but I was able to make all the way. My left hand ripped a little on my low palm during round 3 so I started holding on with my fingers on my left hand, which made it a little more difficult, but I made it work. Videos below:
