Tues 7/28/15:

A. Split Jerk Tech/Mechanics – 15min (working up to 1-2 perfect reps @ 225#)
No trouble here, the body felt pretty damn good, the split jerks felt light.
B. Squat Clean & Push Jerk – 4 x; rest 20sec + 3min (225# across)
These were a little more difficult with the push jerk instead of the split, but I was never really in any danger of missing. Legs were a little heavy and slow in the squat clean, but I guess I could just feel the day before. Videos below.

No trouble here, I actually did better on the burpees in rounds 2 & 3 as I found a rhythm and technique that seemed to work better. My times were 5:15, 5:24 & 5:16. Videos below.

These were really good, I was happy that I could pretty easily get to 25 wall balls without any major trouble and of course I went UB on the TTB. I am really starting to enjoy that movement, it’s becoming pretty smooth. Times here were 5:13, 5:12 & 5:14. Videos below.
