Tues 8/5/14:
Slept 8 hours last night, it was fantastic. Nothing major to report today.

All around good training session today. Surprised at how bad I was smoked after just 12 minutes of work, but I guess all out effort for even that short of time is difficult.

This went well, the rows got pretty difficult, but my split times didn’t suffer too much. My times were 4:01, 4:17 & 4:17. Unbroken the whole way with all out effort. The burpees were definitely the hardest part to push the limit on for that many reps, but I did my best. Videos below:
