A. Split Jerk (rack) – 12 singles @ 85%; rest 2min
Made them all, only a couple shaky ones. The wider grip helped a lot. I felt really strong during these, the large calorie consumption already appears to be paying off. Videos below.

Went 20/5/5 on the push press, steady pace on the BBJs, and then I was all over the place on the power cleans. Time was 6:57. Video below.
