Wed 12/31/14:
I slept A TON (10 hours) on Monday night. My Tuesday training was good, but it’s been kinda cold here lately, so the 20 minute run wasn’t the most fun. I slept another 8 hours on Tuesday night and felt good for my Wednesday training.

This session was good. Like I said above, it’s been really cold for San Jose this week, so the run wasn’t too fun and my hands were freezing when I got back in to grab the barbell.

This was good, nothing major to report. The barbell felt good and my legs felt good. My times were pretty consistent especially on the barbell (the run slowed a little), which I was happy with. My round times were 2:18, 2:14, 2:35 & 2:27

This was horrible, but I’m glad Danny was there to push me. I would’ve definitely been slower without someone to push the pace with.

These really sucked, not much else to say about them. I did my best to not give in to the pain and to just keep moving and pushing. My times were 4:58, 5:17 & 5:26. Videos below:
