Wed 2/19/14:
Slept really well last night, but felt tired this morning. I haven’t been eating very well the last 2 days because Kelly has been in New York for work and I’ve been extremely busy and I think it finally caught up to me. My body still felt ok, just a little lethargic mentally. I will be eating a better lunch and dinner tonight than I did the last 2 days and hopefully that’ll help.

Limiting factor was grip. The T2B were hard to hold onto because of the grip used in the snatch and the snatch was hard to do more than 5 because of the grip being shot from the last round and the round of T2B. I felt strong throughout all the reps of T2B and Snatch that I did though and I never really felt crushed cardiovascularly.

I missed the target by 51 seconds, but I’m not sure how much faster I could have gone without having to stop for rest, meaning I was close to my threshold for unbroken work. My hip flexors were on fire in round 1 and I missed 2 box jumps by not showing control on top of the box, plus 1 more rep when I kicked the box.
