Wed 5/20/15:
Had some trouble getting to sleep last night, not quite sure why, but I felt fine in the morning and was able to take a nap during the day, so it worked out ok.

Not much to say here, just sat on the bike for awhile and then did some mobility on the hips, legs and ankles. Heart Rate photo below.

A. Squat Snatch – 10 singles @ 90%; rest 3:00
These were the best squat snatches I’ve had at 220 lbs ever. Super smooth and felt really good. I missed rep 5 & rep 10. I did an 11th rep because I didn’t want to finish on a miss. Videos below.
