Wed 5/7/14:
Woke up feeling great today. Slept 6.5 hours last night, but slept really well and sprung right out of bed. I’m a little tight/sore from the last 2 days, but nothing to complain about. The bad knee feels just fine today.

10min AMRAP @ 80% effort
200m Run
7 TnG Power Cleans @ 95#
7 UB TTB
Rest 5min
This one went great. I felt really good hitting this at 80% with no real issue. I completed 6 rounds at 9:53 and just called it there. This is the first time in a few weeks my lungs have really felt good (allergies have been killing me with mucus in my chest). Power cleans felt easy and toes-to-bar were no problem. Video below:

This one was definitely WAY harder than the first one. I didn’t really feel fatigued at all going into this, but my quads were on fire in round 1 and I instantly knew there was no way I was going to make the 6 burpees the whole way. I made 6 for the first 2 rounds, 4 for round 3 & 4, 5 burpees in round 5, 4 burpees in rounds 6 through 9 and then I closed it out with a 6 rep 10th round that hurt like hell. I don’t know if this was the first WOD biting me in the ass or the last couple days put together, but this one crushed my legs. Video below:

I was worried about this one after the showing on the erg, but it went pretty well. The runs were a little slower than in the first AMRAP, but not much slower and I didn’t have any trouble getting the snatches unbroken or the ring dips unbroken. I was a little worried about the ring dips, but I had no problem getting 7, which made me happy. Video below:
