Wed 6/11/14:
Slept well and felt good this morning, the wrist is getting better, hopefully it’ll be 100% by next week, we’ll see.

Mixed Z1/Mobility – 60min
I rowed 5,000m and then I did a bunch of mobility on my lats, lower back, glutes, quads & IT bands.
