WOOF this was LONG! Not that bad though, just drenched in sweat by the end. I used the app and actually cleaned up my box jump, muscle snatch & TTB throughout the rounds. The other movements I couldn’t really see any consistent flaws so I just kept cruising.

A. HS Hold Practice – 5min
This was good, continuing to make progress. Starting to regularly get in the 15-20 second range, which isn’t earth shattering, but it’s progress. Video below.

B. HS Walking Practice – 5min
Didn’t make it as far as last week, but I am still getting more and more comfortable with walking each time we practice. Video below.

This bad boy was a doozy, but I liked it. Below is a photo of how I broke it up in red. My time was 13:23. I think I could make up a little time if I did it again, but not a ton as I was pretty close to failure at a lot of the spots I chose to take breaks during the HSPUs. The HSPUs were definitely the limiting factor, not the pulling movements.
