Had to go with 90 sec on the AD because I was only at like 9-12 Cals in 90 secs even at 160+ HR, I kept the HR steady and the watts about 300. I did 9.5 rounds with all UB c2b. Only reason I didn’t get 10 rounds was I had to grab chalk 2 times because my hands were slipping from sweat. Video below.

Same thing on the AD here. Did first set of HSPU UB, then 5-5-5 for all other except one 8-7 in the middle because I caught a little rest getting chalk so my hands would stop slipping on the mat. I don’t remember how many rounds, gonna have to look at the video.

This was hard again, as it always is for me. I went in with the mindset that I was going to stick to the plan I used last time and finish faster, but I think all the work from earlier in the day had a different plan for me. The plan was to go 11 DLs, 1 DL + 5 HPCs, 4 HPCs + 6 PJs. I got the first couple rounds like this, but then I had to start breaking up the DL because of grip. I was able to complete the HPCs & PJs as planned though even though I could barely hang on. I think I needed slightly longer breaks when I put the bar down in rounds 1-3 and that would’ve saved me more for 4 & 5 to close to door, but it didn’t happen that way. My time was 7:26, which is 29 seconds off my PR. Not terrible, but my goal was for mid-6s, so not what I wanted before I picked up the bar to start. Video below.

Mobility – 20min
Did a 10 minute flush on the AD, then did ROMWOD, which was lots of lizard, pigeon, downward dog & puppy dog
