First Rebelle Fitness Class This Saturday

Ladies of Croga CrossFit,

We’re excited to announce that our first women’s only strength and conditioning class (aka Rebelle Fitness) will be this Saturday, March 9th at 8:00 a.m. This program is free for all women members in our community!

Spring and Summer are right around the corner – this is the perfect opportunity to meet other amazing women who are passionate about health and fitness.

Rebelle Fitness classes will take place every Saturday at 8:00 a.m. We will be adding two weekday classes in the coming weeks.
