Fri 10/4/13:
“The Chief”
For 5 cycles:
3 Minute AMRAP:
3 Power Cleans, 135/95 lbs
6 Push-ups
9 Air Squats

Rest 1 min between each cycle.
For each cycle restart the AMRAP.

*Cróga CrossFit will be CLOSED THIS SUNDAY 10/6*
We will be in Capitola to show our support for Coach Kelly and our members Catherine & Liz during their Mermaid Series Sprint Triathlon
