Fri 3/14/14:
Please remember our 5:30 pm & 6:30 pm classes tonight are CANCELLED so that we can host our Friday Night Lights event All other morning & evening classes are on as scheduled.

If you have signed up for The Open, please arrive as early as possible for movement standards & proper warm up.

For everyone else, please swing by to show your support for the registered athletes. We highly encourage you to bring your own finger food and adult beverages to share/enjoy during the event.
