M 185 lb. F 125 lb.

My score was 101 reps. I think I was much too deliberate and not in enough of a hurry during this attempt. I took too much time on each HSPU and also on each clean just trying to keep my heart rate down so I could keep going, but what I found was that the shoulder fatigue actually forced rest, so I wasn’t really that tired at the end compared to a typical Open WOD. That’s why I decided to go for it even faster on the next attempt. On this attempt I went UB on 3 through 12 HSPUs. Then 10-5 on 15, 6-6-6 on 18 and 8-2-1 for 11 reps of the 21. Video is below.
