First off, congratulations to everyone on their HUGE progress with the Overhead Squat. All the coaches are extremely impressed with the results of July’s skill of the month and we saw a lot of PR’s today, which was very encouraging. Keep up with the mobility and you will continue to be rewarded. Good job!

2 Hang Squat Clean
Rest 3 Min/Set

Odd: 5 Hang Power Cleans, 75% 1RM of Complex
Even: 7 Burpees
