Through our first five years of business at Cróga CrossFit we’ve tried a handful of different ways to get athletes started. Along the way we’ve learned that a personalized couple of hours with the same fun and friendly coach that you can count on throughout your time at Cróga is the best way to teach our future athletes what they need to know and to make them comfortable before they jump into our group classes.
For these reasons, we’ve come up with what we think is the most thorough Start-Up program that still honors the incoming athlete’s time.
If you are new to CrossFit or have limited exposure to the barbell and gymnastics movements we regularly use in class, you will be REQUIRED to complete our Start-Up program before joining our group classes. If you have experience, please schedule a No Sweat Intro OR shoot us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) so we can schedule a time to meet and discuss how to get you going.
Our two options for Start-Up are as follows:
In the intro classes we go over all the movements you’ll need to be successful in CrossFit, general information about CrossFit and the methodology, mobility tips unique to our assessment of where you are tight or could use some work on flexibility to be safe and successful, our basic nutritional advice and finally, by having the same coach for all three hours you’ll have a trusted resource to go back to throughout your time at Cróga.
Once you’ve completed the Start-Up classes we get you going in our group classes that we offer morning, mid-morning, and evening on weekdays and mornings on weekends.
Once you’re competent in the CrossFit movements and reach our requirements, you are free to begin General CrossFit Classes.
During General CrossFit Classes, you’ll push yourself and sweat it out with like-minded individuals, as you compete with yourself (and others, if you choose) for rounds, time, points, glory, emotional satisfaction and spiritual growth. You will reach new physical and emotional levels you didn’t think were possible, and you will undoubtedly find yourself with a new social and support network, who will help you on your continued path to greater health and happiness.
Our coaches will always be present at each class, this ensures you will continue to receive technical coaching even as your CrossFit and fitness abilities improve.
The contract lengths are listed across the top with prices per month inside the boxes. The other cool features of our memberships that allow for some flexibility are:
We also offer discounts for public services positions (all branches of the military active or veteran, police, fire, EMT), teachers, students and couples.

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. The program can be used for elderly individuals with heart disease to professional athletes preparing for their season. In CrossFit, load and intensity are scaled to meet the demands of the individual; not the program. In a sentence, CrossFit is for everyone!
CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program designed to get you ready for anything! It’s a perfect blend of cardio (running, rowing, biking), gymnastics (push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups, etc.) and weightlifting (deadlifts, cleans, snatches, etc.) that are constantly varied by quantity & duration and performed at high intensity.
What does that mean? We love to do it all, and then some. No workout will ever be the same, which makes each day a new experience and challenge.
The program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. It’s specialty is not specializing. Military, police, sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.
Come on in to Cróga, meet a coach, see our space, view a class, share your goals and we’ll help you figure out the best way for you to get started with our program.
Our no sweat intro is the perfect opportunity to learn a little bit more about CrossFit and the different services we offer at Cróga without the pressure and anxiety that often accompany jumping right into a class setting.
Just click the button to the right and choose a time convenient for you to schedule your no sweat intro and we’ll be ready for you.
We can’t wait to meet you!
The brainchild of our women’s head coach, Kelly Maxwell, Rebelle Fitness is a women’s only CrossFit program that is dedicated to developing strength and confidence in our female members. The goal of this class is to bridge the gap between the average scaled weight our female members use on any given workout and the RX’d weight.
