Group Start-Up

The group Start-Up program is an opportunity for athletes new to Cróga to learn the fundamentals of CrossFit in a group setting along the side of other beginners led by one of our fantastic CrossFit coaches. Athletes will graduate from Start-Up with a basic understanding of the CrossFit methodology including the fundamental movements, how a typical class runs at Cróga, and basic nutrition and mobility tips.
One Class – $99
Offered on the 1st or 3rd Saturday of every month from 7 am to 9 am

One on One Start-Up

The one on one Start-Up program is an opportunity for athletes new to Cróga to learn the fundamentals of CrossFit who are looking for more of a private setting or who have limited availability. Athletes will graduate from Start-Up with a basic understanding of the CrossFit methodology including the fundamental movements, how a typical class runs at Cróga, and basic nutrition and mobility tips.

One on One Start-Up at Cróga CrossFit

General CrossFit Classes

Once you’re competent in the CrossFit movements and reach our requirements, you are free to begin General CrossFit Classes.

During General CrossFit Classes, you’ll push yourself and sweat it out with like-minded individuals, as you compete with yourself (and others, if you choose) for rounds, time, points, glory, emotional satisfaction and spiritual growth. You will reach new physical and emotional levels you didn’t think were possible, and you will undoubtedly find yourself with a new social and support network, who will help you on your continued path to greater health and happiness.

Our coaches will always be present at each class, this ensures you will continue to receive technical coaching even as your CrossFit and fitness abilities improve.

Fees

The contract lengths are listed across the top with prices per month inside the boxes. The other cool features of our memberships that allow for some flexibility are:

  1. Our 3-month & 6-month contracts come with a 30-day early cancellation policy and our 12-month contract comes with a 60-day early cancellation policy. Meaning, if you need out of your contract early for any reason, we will charge you for 1 or 2 additional months, respectively, that you are also welcome to use and then the remainder of your contract will be void. This allows you to sign up for a longer contract to get the best pricing without the heartburn of worrying about being on the hook for the life of the contract if something comes up.
  2. If you go on vacation or are out of town for 10+ days we will suspend your contract free of charge so you’re not paying for something you’re not using. Just let us know the days you’ll be gone and we’ll extend that month of your membership.
  3. You can upgrade or downgrade within the life of your contract if you want to attend more or aren’t able to make it enough.

We also offer discounts for public services positions (all branches of the military active or veteran, police, fire, EMT), teachers, students and couples.

What is CrossFit

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. The program can be used for elderly individuals with heart disease to professional athletes preparing for their season. In CrossFit, load and intensity are scaled to meet the demands of the individual; not the program. In a sentence, CrossFit is for everyone!

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program designed to get you ready for anything! It’s a perfect blend of cardio (running, rowing, biking), gymnastics (push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups, etc.) and weightlifting (deadlifts, cleans, snatches, etc.) that are constantly varied by quantity & duration and performed at high intensity.

What does that mean? We love to do it all, and then some. No workout will ever be the same, which makes each day a new experience and challenge.

The program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. It’s specialty is not specializing. Military, police, sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.

Rebelle Fitness

The brainchild of our women’s head coach, Kelly Maxwell, Rebelle Fitness is a women’s only CrossFit program that is dedicated to developing strength and confidence in our female members. The goal of this class is to bridge the gap between the average scaled weight our female members use on any given workout and the RX’d weight.

Experienced CrossFitters

Been working out at another CrossFit box or been doing WODs in your garage and want to join Cróga CrossFit? We’d love to have you! Head over to our Schedule, decide on the class you’d like to attend and shoot us a note to let us know when we can expect you (info@crogacrossfit.com). Then, arrive for class a few minutes early and introduce yourself to the coach. We’ll walk you through how we do things at Cróga CrossFit and get you a great first workout in our facility. If you like us, sign up for a membership and start coming more often!
