Goals for 2017

With 2016 almost behind us, I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to take a look back at the goals we set for this year and get excited about setting new ones for 2017.

If there are goals that you didn’t meet, not to worry, January 1st is the perfect opportunity to reset and refocus and attack them.

We’re going to be erasing the Goals Board and asking every one of you that would like to set goals and make them public to write new ones for this coming year.

In addition, if there are goals that you’d like to accomplish that you don’t want so public, but WOULD like for some accountability, we’d love for you to share them with us.

We want to help you come up with a plan of action to accomplish them, check back in periodically to see how you’re doing and provide any additional assistance or the push you might need to keep you going.

If this is something you’re interested in, please email Jill (jill@crogacrossfit.com) with your 2017 Goals and we’ll make our goal to help you reach yours. These personal goals will be kept private, but Jill and I will make it our mission to get you to where you want to be.

So, over the next few days while you’re looking back at all you’ve accomplished in 2016 and looking forward to a productive 2017, here are a couple things that might help:

* Each goal should be intentional and each goal should be S.M.A.R.T.

** S – Specific
** M – Measurable
** A – Assignable
** R – Realistic
** T – Time Targeted
