Let’s see what progress we made on our L-sits during October!
For Time: Max L-Sit
-THEN-
Split Jerk 3-3-3-3-3
Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.
Rest as needed between sets.
-THEN-
Every 1 min for 5 mins do:
3 Power Cleans, 75% 3RM
5 Split Jerks, 75% 3RM
