Today’s Schedule – 9 am & 4:30 pm ONLY
Push Press 3-3-3-3-3
-THEN-
“Death by” Squat Clean
With a continously running clock perform:
1 Squat Clean, 165/105 lbs in the first 1 min
2 Squat Cleans, 165/105 lbs in the second 1 min
3 Squat Cleans, 165/105 lbs in the third 1 min

Continuing this for as long as you are able.
