Muscles feel good today, but I’ve got some congestion in my chest. It’s be very cold here lately, 29 degrees this morning when I headed to the box (I know this is not that cold, but it’s extremely cold for San Jose, haha) and my body has a habit of getting congested in cold weather, it’s happened my entire life.
Slept 7.5 hours last night
A. Back Squat – Build to 1RM; rest as needed
315-345-365-375-385F-385F. Video of 365, 375 & both 385’s below. I think I can make the 385, I’m pretty sure it’s mental. I have never had that much on my back before.
B. Pistol – 5 reps each leg (film from side)
C. KB 1arm OHS – 5 reps each arm @ light-moderate load (film from side)
20 sets of 5 C2B Pull-ups for time (only UB sets of 5 count)

This felt good and wasn’t too difficult. I was most concerned with how my hands were doing, but they didn’t rip which was good. Had a couple sets where my butterfly rhythm got off, but I’d say 16 or so of the 20 rounds were consistent and easy.
