This Thursday, 7/24, Cróga will have a modified schedule because Coach Anthony will be headed home from the Masters CrossFit Games and Coach Dave will be traveling to the CrossFit Games. We will be open for 6:00 am, 5:30 pm, 6:30 pm & 7:30 pm. All other classes will be cancelled.
