Personal Training & Individual Coaching
For some of you out there, the thought of a group class is a little frightening and you’d love to try CrossFit, but in a more intimate setting.
For others, our schedule might not work for you or you’d like to supplement your sport of choice or everyday training with some CrossFit.
For current Cróga members, you might be looking some one on one time with a coach to really hone in a skill or get a dedicated 30-minutes or 60-minutes of coaching focused on you.
Whatever the reason, we are here to help! We are now offering one-on-one Personal Training or Individual Coaching with one of our highly qualified coaches.
Athletes of all skill levels are welcome to sign up for Personal Training or Individual Coaching no matter how experienced you are.

“After reading one of Dave’s blogs about individual coaching, I decided to take him up on it. After my first 9 months at Cróga, I was still struggling with a number of different movements in class. What I have come to realize is that Crossfit is not just about power, endurance and speed. Proper form and utilization of the right muscle groups can dramatically increase results. I could tell when the movement/exercise “felt” right and when it didn’t. When it didn’t “feel” right, I knew I was wasting a lot more energy but didn’t know how to self-correct.

Before the personal training, I struggled mightily with double-unders and couldn’t even do a handstand. I now am able to do double-unders and have learned to do handstand pushups. I also feel a lot more comfortable with all my barbell movements.
