Rebelle Fitness: Six-Week Bootcamp

Hi Ladies!

We will be hosting a six-week bootcamp starting on Tuesday, January 14th. Classes will be on Tuesday mornings at 6:00 a.m. (brutal, but SO worth it).

Programming will be different from our traditional CrossFit classes. It will be an hour intense cardio, weights and dynamic movements – all geared toward kick starting your fitness regime for the new year. We’ll also talk nutrition (optional food journal review and recipe swap).

We’re limiting the class size to six women. $80 for members $100 for non-members – so invite your friends/family!

Schedule:

Tuesday, January 14th at 6:00 a.m. at Croga
Tuesday, January 21th at 6:00 a.m. at Campbell Community Center Track
Tuesday, January 28th at 6:00 a.m. at Croga
Tuesday, February 4th at 6:00 a.m. at Campbell Community Center Track
Tuesday, February 11th at 6:00 a.m. at Croga
Tuesday, February 18th at 6:00 a.m. at Campbell Community Center Track
