Today’s Schedule – 9 am & 10 am ONLY
Partner WOD
For time:
Row, 2000 m

2 rounds of:
50 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs
40 Power Cleans, 135/95 lbs
30 Push Jerks, 135/95 lbs
— then —
800 Runs

All work MUST be split evenly. 1 partner rows @ a time. 1 partner does wall balls or barbell lifts at a time. 1 partner runs 400m, then other partner runs 400m to finish.
