Today is Day 6 of our Annual Bodyweight Week (8/25-8/31).
This week we will focus on re-calibrating our body awareness and improving our gymnastics movements.
All workouts this week can be scaled up or down to challenge each of you and your current abilities.
Sat 8/30/14:
For time:
50 Jumping Pull-ups
25 Burpees
40 Jumping Pull-ups
20 Burpees
30 Jumping Pull-ups
15 Burpees
20 Jumping Pull-ups
10 Burpees
10 Jumping Pull-ups
5 Burpees

*Scale up to pull-ups & do half the reps if you’re strong at pull-ups.

NOTE: Cróga will be CLOSED this Sunday & Monday (8/31 & 9/1) for Labor Day
