6 Alternating Kettlebell Snatches, 53/35 lbs
5 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs

Don’t forget we have CrossFit Mobility TONIGHT at 7:30 pm with Coach Britt. This is in addition to our regularly scheduled General CrossFit Class.

Tomorrow, 8/8, our 3:30 pm & 4:30 pm classes will be CANCELLED. All morning classes will remain and so will 5:30 pm & 6:30 pm class.
