*We have Mobility Class TONIGHT with Coach Britt at 7:30 pm in addition to our General CrossFit Class with Coach Kelly.*

*We will be CLOSED THIS SUNDAY for the CrossFit Day at the A’s event. If you would like to join the carpool to the game, please be at Cróga by 9:30 am. Cars will leave at 9:35 am. The CrossFit Competition starts at 10:45 am and the A’s game starts at 1:05 pm.*
