For time, 12:00 cap:
30 Wall Balls 20/14 lbs
30 Power Cleans 95/65 lbs
30 Wall Balls 20/14 lbs
20 Power Cleans 135/95 lbs
30 Wall Balls 20/14 lbs
10 Power Cleans 185/125 lbs

Athlete must start with empty barbell and cannot load barbell until after first 30 wall balls. Athlete must load all their own weights.

Don’t forget we will be hosting our Barbells for Boobs fundraiser THIS SATURDAY, 10/26 from 10 am to 2 pm.
