1 Hang Power Snatch, 50% 1RM
1 Power Snatch, 50% 1RM
1 Squat Snatch, 50% 1RM
-REST 5 MINUTES-
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:
5 Snatches, 95/65 lbs
5 Burpee (Bar Facing)s
5 Push Press, 95/65 lbs
