7 Min AMRAP:
2-4-6-8-10-12-etc.
Overhead Squats @ 95/65#
Kettlebell Swings @ 53/35#

We will have all classes EXCEPT 6:30 & 7:30 pm on this Wednesday, 11/26.

We will be CLOSED on Thursday, 11/27 for Thanksgiving.

We will have class from 9-10 am & Open Gym from 10-11 am on this Friday, 11/28.

Saturday & Sunday will be normal schedule.
