Are you enjoying Cróga CrossFit, our well-rounded programming, awesome coaches and wonderful community, but have a short-term goal you’ve got your sights set on and need some additional accountability to help you reach it? Our new Uplift program is designed just for you!

While consistent class attendance, solid effort at each class and relatively clean eating will definitely make you live a longer, happier and healthier life, many of our athletes like to come up with short-term goals to help keep themselves motivated. With that in mind, we have decided to create an accountability program to help you reach those goals, quickly.

Do any of the things below sound like something you’ve currently got on your radar or will in the future?

  • Lose 5-10 lbs before a planned vacation or special event
  • Reduce your mile time by 30-60 seconds for a future race you’ve signed up for
  • Get your first pull-up, handstand push-up, toes-to-bar, muscle-up, etc.
  • Add 20 lbs to your squat, deadlift, shoulder press, snatch and/or clean & jerk
  • Prepare for an upcoming Obstacle Course Race you’ve signed up for
  • Increase your monthly attendance to 4 or more classes

Goals like these have escalated timelines and most gyms would point you to personal training. While that can be very effective, most people can’t afford to pay $75-$100 an hour in addition to their existing CrossFit membership.

How it works

Our solution was to create Uplift by Cróga to allow us to meet you in the middle ($99/month).

We’ll start with a free 15-minute get to know you session where we chat about what your goal is, what the deadline is, how we’re going to go after that goal, and what success will look like for you.

Then, your assigned coach will write a personalized program unique to your goal and deadline while keeping in mind your unique circumstances including work, family, diet restrictions, etc.

Once that plan has been established and agreed upon, we’ll schedule a weekly 5-10 minute accountability phone call.

Each meeting we’ll check in on the previous weeks’ attendance, extra credit and goals and then update your plan as needed to account for the coming weeks’ obstacles. We’ll also chat about how you feel it’s going and make any additional adjustments to keep the momentum going in the right direction!

How to get started

Because we’re serious about meeting specific goals and we only want athletes that are SERIOUS about attacking weakness and reaching new heights, we’ve decided to sell Uplift with a minimum 3-month time commitment (Only $267 if you sign up before December 31st, 2017, $297 if you sign up in 2018).

And, because we’re serious about helping you reach your goals in a timely manner, additional months may only be added after we evaluate the first 3-months. If needed, we’ll establish a new goal or restructure your current goal to produce more efficient results.

Our vision for this program is for people to use it in 3-month blocks for short-term goals that they decide they NEED to attack and NEED extra help with. This is not a program that gets added to memberships permanently.
