With December arriving a few days ago and the holidays only a few short weeks away, we wanted to get you our Holiday hours so that you can plan your fitness schedule accordingly.
We are going to take a few more days off this year than in the past and we hope you use these days to enjoy time with family/friends and maybe even use your fitness outdoors (maybe a hike or a job or a bike ride) or try an activity that you’ve wanted to do for awhile that requires some fitness (think rock climbing or a round of golf).
Maybe you can even drag some friends and family with you and inspire them to start the New Year off on the right foot with an added spark to improve their fitness.
In addition, we will still be programming workouts that you can perform at home, outside, or at a track. We encourage you to post in our members only Facebook group when and where you’re planning to do the workouts, maybe you’ll find that there’s others that would like to join you.

Friday, December 23 – All AM classes, 3:30 & 4:30 pm classes ONLY
Saturday, December 24 – Christmas Eve- CLOSED
Sunday, December 25 – Christmas Day- CLOSED
Monday, December 26th – CLOSED (outdoor activity day)
Tuesday, December 27th through Thursday, December 29th – Regular Schedule
Friday, December 30th – All AM classes, 3:30 & 4:30 pm classes ONLY
Saturday, December 31st– New Years Eve- CLOSED – Group Hike
Sunday, January 1st- New Years Day- CLOSED
Monday, January 2nd – Regular Schedule Resumes
