This was the day that I went to CrossFit Kennesaw. I just participated in the class and their programming is below.
A. 5 sets of the complex:
1 Squat Clean
2 Front Squats
I hit reps at 185, 205, 245, 265 & 275 with no misses. The bar speed got a little slow on the squats during the final 2, but I felt pretty good. Never really worried about missing.
B. 5 Rounds For Time:
5 Power Cleans @ 205
20 Double Unders
I went with singles on the power cleans to save my grip for the TTB. I went UB throughout and finished with a time of 5:55. I didn’t go crazy here on the pace, I was walking between movements, but going UB made my rounds pretty quick.
