Wodapalooza Workout #3

Score: 183 reps (2 rounds + 3 reps)
I did as we planned, broke everything into 2 sets on the first round, then 3 sets on the second round. I think this was to slow, especially on the pull-ups. I’m going to go with 2 sets the whole way on pull-ups, but maybe shorter sets on the HSPUs with shorter rests too. Video is below.

I went 10s on the way up, then 6s ont he DLs, 10/5/5/5/5 on the T2Bs, 10s on the WBs and all out on the final row.

I think I can push the pace a little faster on the way up the ladder and then really hammer it on the way back. I think the WBs on the way back and then the row are going to suck, but I can probably go 15-15 and then run to the rower. Video until the camera shut off is below.
