Felt pretty good in the morning after a relaxing Christmas. Had some drinks & ate a ton of food though, so that probably wasn’t the best. Flew to Portland in the morning, which also made my lower back a little tight after sitting on the plane for 2 hours.
Pretty good training session. A little rushed because I had to fit it all into just over 1 hour.
A. Squat Snatch x1 + OHS x3 – build to max of the complex; rest as needed
Did really well with this. They had KG plates at their oly platform, so all the numbers are in kilos. I felt pretty good, would’ve like to go a little heavier, but I knew I was going to run out of time if I didn’t move on. My sets in kilos were 60-70-80-90-95-100. I had 1 miss at 100, but then made the next lift pretty easily. Videos below:

This one was difficult, but I thought I did pretty well, especially considering the 40 MUs. The split times are in parenthesis above next to each movement. Total time was 18:45. The first 20 MUs were quick, but I should’ve been quicker. The second set I had to do in sets of 2 to ensure I didn’t miss. Video below:
